Transcriptomic profile of brain endothelial cells after stroke w/o chronic stress
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Our previous studies demonstrate that chronic stress leads to worse stroke outcome with increased brain lesion sizes after experimental brain ischemia. These effects were mediated by endothelial dysfunction and altered cerebral blood flow regulation. RNA-sequencing was performed to further investigate the underlying molecular mechanisms of stress-induced endothelial dysfunction.
