Dual functionality of the TasA amyloid protein in Bacillus physiology and fitness on the phylloplane

ABSTRACT: We report the application of a high-throughput technique, RNA-seq, to study the transcriptomic response of a Bacillus subtilis mutant for the tasA gene growing in biofilm-inducing solid medium (MSgg).

ORGANISM(S): Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis NCIB 3610 = ATCC 6051 = DSM 10
