ABSTRACT: To determine the LncRNA and mRNA expression profile in periparasitic liver tissues and matched distal-liver tissues, we used LncRNA microarray analysis from Arraystar to examine the expression of LncRNAs and mRNAs in periparasitic liver tissues and matched distal-liver tissues.
