ABSTRACT: By chromatine-immunoprecipitating (ChIP) using the mammary epithelial cell line HMLE with a Doxycyclin-inducible overexpression of SOX4 we determined various histone modifications and presence of the POL2 polymerase in presence and absence of overexpressed SOX4.
