DNA methylation analysis of blastocyst according to peripubertal age of bull (10 vs 16 months)

ABSTRACT: The DNA methylation pattern in blastocyst produced by bulls at different age was investigated. Embryos were in vitro fertilized from 4 different bulls at 10 and 16 month each with matched adult cows. Genome-wide DNA methylation analysis was performed by micro array using EDMA platform.
