Neonatal hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell ontogeny at single cell resolution (ATAC-seq)
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The goal of this study was to characterize the transcriptional changes that take place in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells as they transit the neonatal period of development. These changes were observed at the single cell level and they are correlated with epigenome remodeling, as evidenced by the ATAC-seq and Chipmentation data (H3K4me1 and H3K27ac) in this data set.
