Expression data from monocytes treated with complement factor H
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Monocyte maturation plays an important role in many physiological and patological processes includning cancer. Complement factor H is a complemnt inhibitor but has been shown to also have various cellular functions. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying maturationn of monocytes upon FH stimulation and identified distinct classes of up-regulated genes during this process.
