Effects of IKKβ inhibition on NF-κB transcription
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB) is a well-studied transcription factor that plays a key role in a number of diseases. Here, we present an RNA TagSeq dataset consisting of 164 samples, including four biological replicates, collected over six hours from populations of murine 3T3 fibroblasts that were treated with four concentrations of an IKK inhibitor (SC-514) and perturbed with two inflammatory stimuli that activate NF-kB—interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α).
