C6 glioblastoma microRNA regulation induced by haloperidol, risperidone and clozapine
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Antipsychotic drugs (APDs) have been reported to ease psychotic symptoms in the clinic. miRNAs have also been identified that can regulate the expression of genes/proteins related to possible molecular mechanisms of drug action. To reveal APD-induced miRNA modulations in glial cells, we analyzed miRNA expression in subchronically APD-treated C6 cells by using a miRNA microarray.
