ABSTRACT: Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling of human blood and saliva samples. The Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation 450k BeadChip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 480,000 CpGs in blood and saliva samples provided from 22 persons, and saliva samples from 3 persons.
