ABSTRACT: Analysis of gene alterations in SW480 cells upon PIPKIγ knockdown. Our findings reveal a new regulatory role of PIPKIγ in Warburg effect and provide a key contributor in colorectal cancer metabolism with potential therapeutic potentials.
