Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: primary human monocytes were isolated from peripheral blood using Stemcell CD14 magnetic cell seperation and incubated over night with 10ng/ml M-CSF and then differentiated with 100ng/ml RANKL for 24hrs in the absence or prescence of 25 mg/ml SIC (immunecomplexes consisting of SpA and IgG) or the appropriate concentration of IgG or SpA alone.
