Expression data from human macrophage

ABSTRACT: In patients with endometriosis, the abnormal immune microenvironment of the pelvic cavity is associated with a large number of macrophages, which participate in the formation and development of ectopic lesions. Different polarization states of macrophages play different biological roles. However, the molecular mechanisms of macrophage polarization remains far from being elucidated. We used microarrays to detail the gene expression underlying macropages polarized by rhFGL2 and identified distinct classes of up-regulated and down-regulated genes during this process.
