Microarray Analyses of mRNA in lncRNA IRENA overexpressed macrophages
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: LncRNAs play a critical role in both innate and adaptive immunity by regulating survival, differentiation, migration and cytokine production of the immune cells We found a cytoplasmic lncRNA IRENA in the TAMs, which triggered the NF-κB signaling and increased the production of pro-tumor inflammatory cytokines.
