ABSTRACT: Neuronal activity-dependent gene expression is essential for healthy brain development. Emerging studies implicate alterations in GABAergic neuronal circuits in neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disorders. We conducted an activity-dependent transcriptional and epigenetic profiling of human iPSC-derived GABAergic neurons.
