Transcriptional profiling of neurons in the thalamus of a Cbln1-TRAP (NIDA030) mouse line
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: TRAP translational profiling is a method that allows investigators to genetically characterize specific cell types in complex tissues such as mouse brain. Using this technique we obtained RNA-Seq data from actively translating transcripts present in neurons in the thalamus of adult Cbln1-EGFP/Rpl10a (NIDA030) mice.
