RNA sequencing for lncRNA, miRNA and mRNA expression analysis in human laryngeal cancer
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Accumulating evidence indicates that long noncoding RNAs can interact with microRNAs to regulate target mRNAs through competing interactions. However, this mechanism remains largely unexplored in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. In this study, transcriptome-wide RNA sequencing in 3 pairs of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues was performed to investigate the expression profiles of lncRNAs, miRNAs and mRNAs.
