ABSTRACT: We report differential gene expression analysis of brain tissue (dorsal hippocampus) in adult mice over-expressing mouse hepatic leukemia factor (AAV-2/8-hSyn1-mHLf) in dentate gyrus neurons.

Total RNA of axons was collected separately and subjected to library construction using M01440v2 NuGEN Trio RNA-seq kit. After sequencencing,we used TPM method to normalize RNA-seq reads.
