Expression data from Ovarian cancer wild type cells (W1) and cells resisted to Cisplatin (W1CR)
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Tumor cell binding to the microenvironment is regarded as onset of therapeutic resistance, referred to as cell adhesion mediated drug resistance (CAM-DR). Here we elucidate whether CAM-DR occurs in ovarian cancer cells, and contributes to still existing cisplatin resistance. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression in ovarian cancer cell lines under different conditions: W1 whithout collagen surface, W1 with collagen surface, WiCR whithout collagen surface and W1CR cultivated on collagen surface.
