Vascular Progenitors Generated from Tankyrase Inhibitor-Regulated Naive Diabetic Human iPSC Potentiate Efficient Revascularization of Ischemic Retina
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We propose that reprogramming of patient donor cells to tankyrase inhibitor-regulated naive hiPSC (N-hiPSC) improves the functionality of differentiated progenitors for subsequent regenerative therapies, and more effectively erases donor epigenetic aberrations sustained from chronic diseases such as diabetes .
