ABSTRACT: In this study, we report the acetylation changes during cytotrophoblast cells differentiating into syncytiotrophoblast. We identified several genomic regions in which acetylation patterns are altered during cytotrophoblast differentiation that correlate with the robust changes in gene transcription required during differentiation.
