ABSTRACT: Dog breast cancer cells were infected at a multiplicity of infection of 5 for 6 hours or mock-infected (Control) for 6 hours prior to analyses by single-cell RNA sequencing. The objective was to study the distribution of host cell and viral gene expression.on the cancer cell population and to compare the effect of viral infection on these cells.
