Transcriptional profilling of Plasmodium falciparum parasites with disrupted PfNot1.1 (PF3D7_1103800) or PfNot1.2 (PF3D7_1417200)


ABSTRACT: The study aims to investigate functions of two PfNOT1 paralogues in regulating gene expression in the malaria parasite, P. falciparum. To achieve this goal, the transcriptional profilling of parasites lacking PfNot1.1 or PfNOT1.2 was analyzed by microarray technology.
