RNA-seq analysis of primarily cultured neurospheres from FGF13Aoe and control mice

ABSTRACT: To reveal the mechanisms of FGF13A in regulation of neural progenitor development, we carried out RNA-seq gene expression profiling analysis in primarily cultured neurospheres from neonatal FGF13Aoe mice. 2 biological independent sample from FGF13oe (hGAFPCre+;ROSA26FGF13A LSL/+) mice mice were compared with 2 independentlitermate control(hGAFPCre+, ROSA26FGF13A +/+) samples.
