Molecular effects of neonicotinoid thiacloprid in honey bees (Apis mellifera)
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The low and high concentrations led to significant alteration of 5 and 71 genes, respectively, of which more were up- than down-regulated. Genes belonging to diverse pathways were affected. KEGG analysis showed that in the high exposure concentration ribosome proteins, mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation and pyrimidin metabolism were among the three most prominent altered pathways.
ORGANISM(S): Apis mellifera
