RNA sequencing after HOPX knockdown in human squamous cell carcinoma cell line SCC13
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas (cSCC) are frequent heterogeneous tumours, arising from sun-exposed regions of the skin and characterized by complex pathogenesis. The goals of this study are to investigate the precise role of HOPX in cutaneous SCC development and progression using different approaches, including RNA sequencing analysis in order to find differently expressed genes and signaling pathways altered after HOPX knockdown in cancer cells.
