ABSTRACT: Parthegenetic induced pluripotent stem cells (PgHiPSCs) were generated from parthenogenetic fibroblasts derived mature cystic ovarian teratoma. PgHiPSCs can be used in regenerative medicine, for analysis of genomic imprinting, to study imprinting-related development, and for disease modeling in humans.
