RNA sequencing of cell free saliva
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We sequenced RNA from a pool of ten RNA samples originally extracted from cell free saliva of healthy women. The aim was to find the most abundant genes. We sequenced 1254 genes (with more than 49 reads). Out of them, 28 were splicing factors (2.23%).
