ABSTRACT: Arsenic (iAs) induces generation of the cancer stem-like cells (CSCs) through Nrf2-dependent HIF1α activation, and the subsequent metabolic reprogramming from mitochondrial oxdaive phosphorylation to glycolysis in epithelial cells.
