ChIP-seq of SMAD1 and β-catenin in mouse osteoblast and endothelial cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Vascular endothelium is known to contribute osteoprogenitors to calcification through endothelial-mesenchymal transitions, in which endothial cells gain plasticity and differentiate into osteoblast-like cells. We survey the alteration of SMAD1 and β-catenin using ChIP-seq during the reverse switching of osteoblastic fate to endothelial differentiation.
