Lyve1+ cells expressing BRAFV600E show hepatic vascular cavernomas in developing murine liver.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Analysis of whole liver samples from BRAFV600E F/+;Lyve1-Cre/+ murine embryos at embryonic day 11.5. Results provide insights into the role of BRAF gain-of-function mutation in hepatic endothelial cells during development. We used microarray to investigate the gene expression program affected by endothelial BRAFV600E during liver development and identified patterns of differentially-expressed genes and pathways during this process.
