MiR-21-dependent gene expression profile of B cells in imiquimod treated autoimmune-prone Sle1b mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are involved in B cell responses that drive the loss of tolerance in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), though the role of many miRNAs remains uncharacterized. Here we studied the role of miR-21 in modulating the transcriptome and function of B cells in imiquimod treated autoimmune-prone Sle1b mice.
