Mechanism of CYB561A3 in iron metabolism of Burkitt Lymphoma cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To confirm the role of CYB561A3 in Burkitt cell lines, we knocked out the CYB561A3 gene in P3HR1. Total RNA was extracted and RNA sequencing library was constructed for next high-throughput sequencing analysis. Sequencing results revealed that knocking out CYB561A3 would induce an iron starvation response in P3HR1, resulting in changes in gene expression related to iron metabolism such as TFRC, indicating that CYB561A3 plays a key role in iron metabolism in Burkitt cells.
