Single-cell Transcriptomic Landscape of Human Blood Cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We profiled the transcriptomes of 7,643 human blood cells covering 32 immunophenotypic cell types across 21 healthy donors. We constructed the single-cell transcriptional atlas of blood cells on the basis of protein-coding genes and long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) respectively, and showed a high consistence between them. Notably, lncRNAs and novel transcription factors regulating hematopoietic cell differentiation were identified.
