ABSTRACT: Transcriptome profiling revealed that KIF26B was associated with cell-cell junction and response to growth factor stimulation, which are important for CRC cell aggressiveness. And gene set enrichment analysis suggested that Hippo signaling pathway was significantly enriched in KIF26B-regulated gene signatures
