Modeling Cellular Crosstalk and Organotypic Vasculature Development with Human iPSC-Derived Endothelial Cells (iPS-EC) and Cardiomyocytes (iPS-CM) [RNA-seq]


ABSTRACT: The aim was to study the effect of shear stress on iPS-derived endothelial cells (iPS-EC). iPS-ECs were grown in static conditions and in flow in the Ibidi Pump system. The transcriptional landscapes of cells grown in these 2 conditions were compared.
