RNA-seq analysis of mouse retinas from animals treated with 140mg/kg/day Vigabatrin


ABSTRACT: The goal of this study was to look at the effects of the anti epeleptic drug Vigabatrin on retinal transcripts. Vigabatrin altered transcripts related to phototransduction, neuronal function and synaptic plasticity. This is the first study showing that vigabatrin has an effect on the retinal transcriptome
