Investigating the Cellular Transcriptomic Response Induced by THP-1 macrophages  and T.rubrum- co-culture

ABSTRACT: To evaluate the cellular and molecular response of live and inactive conidia from the co-culture of T. rubrum and THP-1 cell line, by interleukins, LDH quantification and the transcriptional profile of RNA-seq involved in deep infection.
