ABSTRACT: Innate immune memory is the phenomenon whereby innate immune cells undergo functional reprogramming after exposure to microbial components. In this study we apply epigenomic and transcriptomic analysis to circulating neutrophils from a clinical trial of BCG vaccination in healthy adults.
