RNA-seq of macrophages treated with or without IL-36gamma
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Atherosclerosis is chronic inflammation disease and macrophage-derived foam cell formation is a critical early event in atherogenesis. Interleukin(IL)-36 was found to be involved in inflammation. To explore the regulation of IL-36 gamma in macrophages, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) in mouse bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs) treated with or without rIL-36γ.
