A pan-cancer single-cell landscape of tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells (TIMs) have emerged as key regulators in tumor progression, however, the similarity and discrepancy of the fundamental properties of these cells across different cancer types remain elusive. Here, we performed a pan-cancer analysis of TIM sub-populations in multiple human cancer types. Our comprehensive analyses provide valuable insights for understanding the TIM properties across multiple tumors.
