Transcriptional changes caused by ablation of neuropeptide FF receptor-1 (NPFFR1)

ABSTRACT: We compared inguinal fat depots of wild-type (WT) and NPFFR1 deficient (NPFFR1-KO) mice at postnatal day 6. In this project, we sequence 6 samples used DNBseq platform, averagely generating about 32.03 M reads per sample. The average mapping ratio with reference genome is 95.49%, the average mapping ratio with gene is 73.18%; A total of 19,886 genes were detected.
