Characterizing phenotypically distinct T cell populations
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We developed a novel multiplexed immunofluorescence approach, allowing for fast in-depth phenotypic characterization of immune blood cells. Utilizing this method allowed us to quantify immune cell plasticity and revealed identifiable phenotypic fingerprints across T-cells of ten tested donors. The goal of the requested project is to gain mechanistic insight into the described phenotypic variability by using transcriptomic analysis of T-cells obtained from the same 10 selected donors.
