ABSTRACT: Paternal nicotine exposure can alter phenotypes in future generations. To explore whether paternal nicotine exposure affects the hepatic repair to chronic injury which would lead to hepatic fibrosis in offspring, we establish a paternal effect model based on nicotine exposure in mice.
