Profiles of mRNA and lncRNA expression in colorectal cancer
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most malignant cancers with high morbidity and mortality. Genetic factors are involved in the carcinogenesis of CRC, which consists of a complex accumulation of mutations in key regulatory genes and epigenetic regulation. Here we report significantly up-regulated as well as down-regulated mRNAs and lncRNAs in CRC tissues compared with their matched non-tumoral tissues.
