Integrative transcriptomic and proteomic analyses reveal that 15,16-dihydrotanshinone I inhibits infantile hemangioma by interfering in posttranscriptional processing of hypoxia-inducible factor 1
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Our team found that 15,16-dihydrotanshinone I (DHTS) was significantly effective at inhibiting infantile hemangioma proliferation in vitro and in vivo. To investigate the underlying mechanism by which DHTS inhibits hemangioma, we compared the transcriptomes of control and DHTS-treated hemangioma cells.
