ABSTRACT: We report the diverse histone acetylation pattern on histone 3 lysine 9 and lysine14 under the cell differentiation. The genes controlled by this two histone acetylation modification can transformed the cell identity of the glioma by downregualted the promoter of oncogenes' H3K9 acetyltion and improve the promoter of neuron-differentiation related genes' H3K14 acetylation
