Whole-genome bisulfite sequencing analysis of Pten's function in regulating cardiomyocyte differentiation
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We report the function of Pten in regulating the cardiomyocyte differentiation, and then we performed whole-genome bisulfite sequencing for the wild-type and Pten knockout embryoid bodies and cardiomyocytes to analyse the methylomes. The results showed a significant difference between wild-type and Pten knockout groups in methylomes, and we performed a series of experiments to study the function of Pten in cardiogenesis.
