Acute effects of beta2-adrenergic receptor activation on macrophage transcriptome
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The study was designed to investigate the acute effects of B2AR receptor activation on global gene expression changes in bone marrow-derived macrophages. Fenoterol was chosen as B2AR agonist, but our earlier experiments using B2AR antagonists and B2AR knockout cells indicated that norepinephrine signal predominantly via B2AR in macrophages.
