Transcriptional analysis of hepatoxicity induced by hexafluoropropylene oxide trimer acid (HFPO-TA)
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Transcriptome sequencing identified a set of hepatic relative biological processes that responding to HFPO-TA exposure, PPAR was the most significantly enriched pathway in KEGG analysis, and genes including ALB, FABP1, CXCL12, AHSG, FGA, FGB, etc. with high degrees in PPI network, were characterized as hub genes.
